My stroller was lost on the way to Lisbon, so I arrived without it late at night. At 00:17, I made a last-minute booking for a stroller to be delivered by 8:00 the next morning. Honestly, I wasn’t sure it would even be possible on such short notice — but they made it happen! The stroller arrived that same morning, right on time. Absolutely amazing service — fast, reliable, and incredibly helpful when I really needed it. Thank you so much!
Wonderful experience! For the charming yet wobbly streets of Portugal we wanted the full UppaBaby Vista stroller, not the smaller travel, and it was a lifesaver to have it. The equipment was in excellent condition and very clean. Communication with the team was great for dropoff in Lisbon and pickup in Cascais. I had accidentally booked my stroller one day too long, and the owner swiftly replied and refunded my extra day. Would recommend to all!
Every time I book children's accessories with these guys, they're in impeccable condition (brand new or new and very well sanitized). Behind the ease of booking, the instantaneous and clear communication, and the flexibility is a very dedicated and capable team. Can't go wrong
