Aga the Lisbon manager was very friendly and efficent - queries were answered the same day. When I told her no Lisbon companies could supply the matress we needed Rent Anything  bought one. It was high quality and very comfortable.  Delivery and pick up from my son's place was on time and my son said the people were very nice. I traveled to Lisbon and Porto, Portugal, for a week, and about a month before my trip, I ruptured my Achilles tendon and ended up in a medical walking boot. I was worried about how I would get around—especially since I was traveling with a group of 10 other people and wanted to be able to keep up.

While searching for mobility aids in Lisbon, I found Rent Anything. I had a ton of questions and reached out via WhatsApp. I received a prompt response Aga, and the communication throughout the entire process was timely, informative, and respectful.

I initially rented a mobility scooter, and the process was seamless. The scooter was delivered to my hotel before I arrived, and Aga let me know as soon as it had been delivered.

Once in Lisbon, I quickly realized that coordinating a scooter while traveling with 10 other people and using rideshares was going to be more difficult than I anticipated. I reached out again and asked whether I could exchange the scooter for a cane. Aga was incredibly responsive and helpful and was willing to come that same day to make the exchange.

What I appreciated most was how patient, compassionate, and accommodating Aga was as my needs changed. Because I was also traveling to Porto, she had even arranged for a scooter to be delivered to my hotel there. I ultimately decided to cancel the Porto scooter and use the cane for the remainder of my trip, but I was incredibly grateful for her willingness to make those arrangements for me.

Traveling with an injury can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to navigate an unfamiliar city. Having someone who was responsive, flexible, and genuinely willing to help made things so much easier. I truly appreciated the care and assistance I received from Rent Anything from beginning to end and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing mobility equipment while traveling in Portugal.

At 00:17, I made a last-minute booking for a stroller to be delivered by 8:00 the next morning. Honestly, I wasn’t sure it would even be possible on such short notice — but they made it happen!

What is Rent Anything?

Rent Anything is a short-term and mid-term equipment rental service operating in Lisbon and Paris.

Equipment rental refers to paying a daily rate for an item you use and then hand back, rather than buying it or carrying it with you. A mid-term rental means that the booking runs for weeks or months rather than days, which is what most remote workers and long-stay visitors book. In short, you arrive with hand luggage and the rest is waiting. Five ranges are stocked: baby and children's gear, mobility equipment, remote-work tech, home and living, and travel and outdoors.

What does it cost?

Rates are quoted per day, and the daily rate falls the longer you rent.

Every product carries a rate ladder, also known as pricing tiers, rather than one flat price, so a month costs far less per day than a weekend does. For example, a weekly booking sits on a lower band than a two-day one. There is no minimum rental period, and no security deposit means that nothing is held against your card. Where do you deliver?

Across Lisbon and Paris, including both cities' airports, and the Lisbon Cruise Terminal.

Delivery refers to us bringing the item to where you are staying, rather than you finding a depot: hotels, Airbnbs, serviced apartments and private residences. Specifically, it is priced from the distance between our warehouse in that city and the address you give, so the fee appears at checkout once you have entered it. Collection at the end of the booking is arranged the same way and at the same time.

How is the equipment cleaned?

Every item is deep-cleaned and sanitised by us between every rental.

We use perfume-free, baby-safe products and clean according to the manufacturer's own instructions for that specific item. Notably, customers are asked not to machine-wash or disassemble anything themselves, because that is how a standard stops being consistent.
