Simply put, you book online and we bring the scooter or wheelchair to your hotel. We collect it when you leave. Same-day delivery means that an order placed before 15:00 Paris time arrives that day. In addition, there is no deposit.

Can I collect it at the park instead of my hotel?
Yes, at the same price. Choose hotel delivery or "Self pickup - Disneyland parking" at checkout. Self pickup refers to collecting the scooter yourself from our parking, next to the park entrance. In particular, it suits guests whose hotel shuttle will not take a scooter.

How much does it cost to rent at Disneyland Paris?
Prices start at EUR 179 for a mobility scooter and EUR 139 for a wheelchair, for the whole trip, with VAT, hotel delivery and collection included.
A trip total refers to one price for the whole rental, not a daily rate. For example, a three-day booking costs the 3-day figure below, not three times the 1-day one. In short, the longer the trip, the less each day costs.

2027 offer: every rental day in 2027 is 20% off. Prices shown are for 2026 dates. For dates in 2027 the rental price is 20% lower, and a rental that crosses 1 January is discounted on its 2027 days only. Delivery, collection and surcharges charged separately are not discounted.
Questions about renting at Disneyland Paris
Is a mobility scooter the same as an ECV or scooter hire?
Yes. A mobility scooter is also known as an ECV (electric convenience vehicle) in the United States, as mobility scooter hire in the UK, and as location de scooter PMR in French.
Can I use a scooter in both parks and in Disney Village?
Yes. The scooter is yours for the rental period and can be used anywhere you are allowed to walk it, including the parks, Disney Village and Val d'Europe.
What if my hotel shuttle bus will not take a mobility scooter?
Then pick it up at the park. Ride the shuttle to the park entrance and collect the scooter from our parking next to it. Leave it there to charge when the park closes. As a result, nothing has to travel on the bus.
Can I cancel?
It is free to cancel up to 24 hours before your rental starts, and there is no deposit.
Can I rent for more than 7 days?
Up to 7 days is bookable online. However, for a longer stay you can message us and we will quote it.
