Every item is deep-cleaned and sanitised before it reaches you, with no deposit and free cancellation up to 24 hours before your rental starts. Daily rates fall the longer you rent - book for a single day or a full stay.
Rates are quoted per day. A rate band, also known as a price ladder, refers to the daily rate that applies once a rental reaches a given length. The band that covers your rental length applies to every day of it. For example, a ten-day booking is ten days at the 7-13 day rate, not six days at one rate and four at another.
Delivery and collection are priced from the distance between our Lisbon warehouse and the address you give, which means that the cost appears once you have entered it rather than inside the daily rate. Collection refers to us coming back for the item at the end of your booking, so there is no depot to find and nothing to arrange during the trip. In addition, a minimum rental period refers to the shortest booking an item accepts, and each product page states its own beside its live availability.
Free cancellation means that a booking can be cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before its start date. It depends on the beach and the month. Supervised, concessioned beaches exclude dogs across the bathing season, roughly mid-June to mid-September. Outside that season, and on the wilder unconcessioned stretches such as the far end of Costa da Caparica, dogs are generally accepted. In July and August the sand is hot enough by mid-morning to hurt paw pads, so early morning or after about six in the evening is the practical window whatever the rules say.
