How does renting for an event work?

Stand or pavilion size, the kit, your dates and where it goes: stand, hotel, apartment or side-event venue.
- 2Get one quote
Stocked items at the prices on this page, on-request items sourced and priced, delivery and collection in the total.
- 3We deliver and collect
We bring the kit at the agreed time and pick it up after the last day.
Delivery onto the venue floor depends on the organiser's build-up rules and delivery slots. We confirm the slot with you before you pay.
Prices include VAT. Delivery and collection are priced by zone and shown in full before payment. A delivery or collection outside 09:00 to 18:00 adds €10 per trip, which matters for early build-up slots.
Do you supply whole pavilions?
Yes. Trade agencies and city programmes furnishing 10 to 30 pods get one quote and one invoice for the whole pavilion, with the same kit at every pod and a single delivery and collection.
